This is done for a character redesign competition at Pergh.com ala Project Rooftop.
The idea for this design was: What if the Green Lantern ring develops a consciousness and evolved a humanoid form. The body is pure energy plates of matter gravitated towards it.
Somebody mentioned that this design reminds 'em of the cartoon series Ben10. Which is not at all surprising cuz I was really into that show when I did this
